💖 Le’Bou Beauty + Cosmetics Policies
We’re so excited to be a part of your special day! Our goal is to create a smooth, beautiful experience from start to finish. To help things run seamlessly, please review the following policies before booking. Your appointment confirms agreement to everything listed below.
💰 RETAINERS & REFUNDS
All appointments require full prepayment to secure your time. This payment acts as a non-refundable service retainer and is not refundable under any circumstances — including illness, injury, dissatisfaction, or changes in schedule.
This policy allows us to plan properly, reserve the right resources, and give every client the attention they deserve.
🔄 TRANSFER POLICY
We understand that plans change! We offer a one-time transfer if:
• It’s requested 14+ days before your scheduled event
• A $50 administrative fee is paid
• The request is submitted via email (DMs or texts will not be accepted)
Transfers are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance.
Requests made within 14 days of your event cannot be accommodated, and your payment will be forfeited.
⏳ LATE BOOKING FEE
Bookings made within 2 weeks of your event will incur a $40 Late Booking Fee.
This fee helps us manage the extra coordination needed for last-minute planning.
Please be sure to manually select the Late Fee add-on at checkout. If it's not selected, an invoice will be sent — your appointment won’t be confirmed until it’s paid.
🧾 DISCOUNT CODE POLICY
Discount codes must be applied at the time of booking. We are not able to apply codes retroactively or offer partial refunds for missed entries.
📧 CLIENT COMMUNICATION
To keep things clear and efficient, we ask that all service-related questions — including scheduling, changes, and timing — be sent via email only.
We check email several times a day and use it to track all client details.
DMs or text messages may be used for simple, non-urgent matters only. Anything more involved must go through email so nothing gets missed.

🔒 FAIR PAYMENT POLICY
Submitting a payment dispute or chargeback after agreeing to our policies will be treated as a cancellation. In some cases, it may result in removal from future booking eligibility.
If you’re unsure about anything, we always welcome your questions — just reach out and we’ll be happy to help clarify 💌
🤝 MUTUAL RESPECT
We love serving every person who walks through our door — and we believe in kindness both ways.
We kindly ask that all communication with our team — whether in person, online, or over email — remain respectful.
In rare situations where communication becomes aggressive or inappropriate, services may be canceled without refund, and future booking access may be removed.
We deeply value our team and our clients — and we’re proud to maintain a welcoming, uplifting experience for everyone.
🗓️ SCHEDULE & FINAL TIMES
Final appointment times will be emailed 4 days before your show. This falls on most Tuesdays.
Scheduling is based strictly on:
Division, age group, and height class
Clientele division type
The official event schedule posted by the promoter
We do not schedule around tanning, AM meetings, or personal conflicts
Time Requests: If you’d like to request a time that aligns with the official schedule, you may do so in the notes section of your booking. Requests must be made in advance and are not guaranteed. Last-minute changes will not be honored.

✨ SERVICE PREP GUIDELINES
FACIAL GROOMING
• Please groom your brows prior to your appointment (threading is best)
• Avoid hot waxing — especially while dieting
LASHES
• Lash extensions are not recommended
• We provide stage-ready glam strip lashes that complement our looks
SPRAY TANNING
• Do not tan your face — only tan up to your neck
• Facial tanning causes dryness and patchy makeup application
HAIR PREP
• Wash and fully dry your hair the night before
• We do not offer blowouts or haircuts
• Extensions must be human hair only (no synthetic)
• Have them pre-cut and layered in advance
• If your hair is very curly and you want a smoother finish or different curl pattern, please straighten it the day before
