Policies

Pre-payments are NON-REFUNDABLE for cancellations of any service. No exceptions

• Full payment is required to hold your appointment

• Transfers: One time transfers are accepted if cancelled within 14 days or before your show date, anything after that window, transfers will not be accepted. A transfer fee applies.

• Transfers are only accepted in the same calender year. No transfers will be moved into another fiscal year.

• if you turn PRO at a national show and can no longer compete in the booked show, that appointment can be transferred to a future PRO show.

• Appointments are subject to cancellation for clients that are more than 15 minutes late.

Scheduling

The schedule will be sent out 4 days prior to your show and scheduling is strictly based on your your division, age group, height and the schedule of events that is posted on the promoters website.

• Requests: If you have a specific time you’d like, that also falls in line with the schedule of events and its in my availability to do so, I will accomondate if I can. Please put requests in the notes section of your booking

• Le’Bou Beauty is not responsible for you making your stage time. The show flow and what you do after you leave the makeup room is out of our control. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms.

• With that said, I always suggest that you agree to a time that is comfortable for you based on the schedule of events. Your final time is sent 4 days ahead of the show, so email with any questions or concerns.
