💖 Le’Bou Beauty + Cosmetics Booking Policies

We’re honored to be a part of your big day! These policies are designed to help everything run smoothly and ensure every client gets the best experience. Please review all terms before booking — your appointment confirms agreement.

💰 Retainers & Refunds

All appointments require full prepayment to secure your time. This payment acts as a non-refundable service retainer and is not refundable under any circumstances, including illness, injury, dissatisfaction, or changes in schedule.
This ensures we can prepare, schedule efficiently, and serve each client with excellence.

🔄 Transfer Policy

We offer a one-time transfer under the following conditions:
• It’s requested 14 or more days before your appointment
• A $50 administrative fee is paid
• The request is submitted via email (DMs and texts are not accepted)

Transfers are not guaranteed and must be approved. Last-minute transfer requests cannot be honored.

⏳ Late Booking Fee

Appointments made within 2 weeks of your event are subject to a $40 Late Booking Fee.
Please make sure to select the Late Fee add-on at checkout. If not selected, an invoice will be sent, and your appointment is not confirmed until payment is complete.

🧾 Discount Code Policy

All discount codes must be applied at the time of booking.
Unfortunately, we cannot apply codes retroactively or offer partial refunds for missed entries.

🗓 Final Times & Scheduling

Final appointment times are emailed 4 days before your show and are based on:
• Your division, age group, and height class
• The number of clients booked
• The official event schedule provided by the promoter

We do not schedule around tanning appointments, AM meetings, or personal conflicts. You may request a preferred time during booking, but requests are not guaranteed.

✨ Service Prep Guidelines

Brows & Face:
• Please groom brows in advance (threading preferred)
• Avoid hot waxing before your appointment

Lashes:
• Lash extensions are not recommended
• We provide glam strip lashes that are competition-ready

Spray Tan:
• Only tan up to your neck — do not tan your face
• Facial tanning can cause dry patches and uneven makeup

Hair:
• Hair must be clean, dry, and prepped the night before
• No blowouts or haircuts provided
• Extensions must be human hair only, pre-layered and cut
• For very curly hair, straighten it the day before if you're wanting a smooth or curled finish

📧 Communication Policy

To keep everything running smoothly, all important matters — such as schedule changes, conflicts, or booking questions — must be sent by email only.

We check email several times a day. DMs or texts may be used for simple, non-urgent questions only.

This helps us stay organized and ensures we don’t miss anything important.

🚫 Guest & Room Policy

To protect the peace and professionalism of our space:
• No guests are allowed inside the beauty rooms
• Please avoid eating, vaping, or loud phone use during services

Our team reserves the right to cancel or adjust services if conditions are disruptive, unsanitary, or unsafe.

🔒 Fair Payment Policy

Submitting a payment dispute or chargeback after booking is treated as a cancellation. This may result in permanent loss of future booking eligibility.
If anything is unclear, feel free to email us before booking — we’re happy to help.

🤝 Mutual Respect

We love what we do and care deeply about each client. In return, we ask for kindness and respect toward our team.

Aggressive, disrespectful, or unprofessional behavior may result in immediate cancellation without refund and removal from future bookings.
We’re here to uplift you — and we appreciate clients who reflect that same energy 💕
